Returns and Refunds.
Inside the M25 – Our own fleet of vehicles will collect and replace.
Outside the M25 – A national carrier will be used to collect and replace.
Please call our sales team on 020 7537 6500 with the relevant details and arrangements will be made for the uplift and replacement on the next working day if possible.
For deliveries outside of the M25 national carriers may be used and response times may be a little longer.
Goods may also be returned to our collection counter at the below address, however it must be pre-authorised by our sales team before arriving please call 020 7537 6500 or email email@example.com.
In some instances, photographic evidence may be required to support a return or refund claim.
Goods found to be faulty or delivered incorrectly – free of charge replacement or full credit if requested.
Goods no longer required – will incur a 25% handling charge in all instances and additional carriage costs if outside of the M25.
In all cases, funds will be repaid to the card used for the purchase within 2 days of the goods being received at our E3 3PA warehouse.
