Orders for delivery within the M25 will usually be delivered on our own transport and will not incur any delivery charges.
Orders outside of the M25, above £100 (excluding VAT) and weighing less than 20kg will be shipped free of charge unless the order contains lengths.
Orders that weigh more than 20kg or contain lengths (channel, tray, conduit etc) will be charged an additional shipping charge based on the total weight of the consignment. A member of our sales team will contact you to discuss this before shipping your order.
Deliveries within the M25.
Orders placed before 5:00pm will usually be delivered the following working day (Monday – Friday).
Deliveries outside the M25.
Orders delivered on a national carrier should be placed with us by 2:00pm and will usually be delivered next working day (Monday – Friday).
Unfortunately, we have experienced the occasional delay to our next-day service, so with regret we are unable to currently guarantee that all orders will arrive the following day.
Once you have placed your order we will thoroughly check the contents to confirm there are no unintentional errors.
You will receive an email confirmation advising receipt of your order and the expected delivery date.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you using the contact details given when you placed the order.
You will be contacted by our sales team and given the choice of leaving the item on back-order, replacing with a direct alternative or deleting the item from your order.
Your card will only be charged once this information has been discussed.
Your invoice will be sent to the email address supplied when the order was placed.
This will normally arrive the following day once the goods have been shipped.
We endeavour to sell at the best prices possible, however, there are certain products where we can pass-on extra discounts if ordered in a higher quantity.

Payment is not taken at the time of order.
Our sales team will confirm there are no errors within your order or obtain authorisation for any shipping surcharges before the order is processed and payment is taken.
Payment will reflect the total order value, but may be shipped in more than one delivery if back-orders exist within the order.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call our sales team immediately on 020 7537 6500.
In the case of damaged products we may request photographs in order to present a claim to our carriers.
In all cases we will endeavour to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Orders for delivery within the M25.
These will normally be delivered on our own fleet of vehicles so any changes or cancellations would need to be advised before 5:00pm .
Order for delivery outside of the M25.
These orders are shipped daily at 3:00pm so any changes or cancellation would need to be advised by 2:30pm.

As these orders are delivered on our own fleet of vehicles, in most cases there would not be a charge for any changes or cancellations. If in doubt please speak to our sales team.
Orders for delivery outside the M25.
Any changes or cancellations to an order dispatched via a carrier would incur a charge. Please speak to our sales team for clarification regarding the charge, as it will vary on a case-by-case basis.
For customers who have a regular requirement for our range of products, it is possible to apply for a credit account.

An account usually takes approximately 2-3 days to open.
Our credit terms are 30 days end of month.
